Talks on controlling diabetes and fighting diabetes-realted vision loss will be given July 28 at Diabetic Supplies and More in Las Vegas. They will hold an open house on from 2 to 4 p.m.

Robert Kaltenbach will discuss how to control diabetes through diet, exercise, and non-traditional methods. Dr. Yesnick of Low Vision Services will speak about therapy for age related vision loss, including macular degeneration, glaucoma, cataracts, and diabetic retinopathy.

Noted Las Vegas entertainer Steve Rossi will be on hand to speak with other diabetics about living a healthy and active lifestyle. And, Diabetic Supplies and More will offer have aqua therapy massage for the feet, foot scanning, and evaluation for therapeutic shoes covered by Medicare/Medicaid after qualifying.
